1. Give thanks because He is good
"Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever." (Psalm 107:1)
Talk about it: What is one good thing that happened to you today?
2. Give thanks in everything
"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." (1 Thessalonians 5:18)
Talk about it: Can you think of something hard that you can still say "thank you" for?
3. Let thankfulness fill your heart
"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)
Talk about it: What helps you feel peaceful and thankful at the same time?
4. Enter with thanksgiving
"Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name." (Psalm 100:4)
